About the Monne de Maranda saloon boat

The Monne de Maranda was built in 1937 in Winterthur (Switzerland) and began its career as a passenger ship on Lake Lugano. Today, this electrically powered saloon boat glides silently through the canals of Amsterdam. On board, there is space for 10 to 50 guests to enjoy lunch or dinner. Thanks to the large windows, you can enjoy sweeping views whilst sitting comfortably in the spacious, classic saloon.

Our saloon boats are luxuriously and comfortably furnished, ideal for cruising through the Amsterdam canals in any season. The boats are fully electric, making them quiet and smooth to sail. In good weather, the windows can be opened, while in less favorable weather, you stay protected and warm. A restroom is available on board, so you can enjoy the cruise without any worries.
